Join the iconic British Pullman train for a spectacular evening of fine dining hosted by Michelin-starred chef, Simon Rogan – chef owner of L’Enclume, Rogan & Co, Aulis and Henrock in the UK, and Aulis and Roganic in Hong Kong. A pioneer of the farm-to-fork movement, Simon’s internationally renowned signature style incorporates influences from the natural world, most predominantly those rooted in his Lake District home. You are welcomed aboard the train at London Victoria station, ready for a scenic round trip through the North Downs and Guildford. Your liveried steward escorts you to your sumptuous armchair and is on hand to take care of your every need. Relax at a table set with pristine white linen and bespoke tableware. Feel transported back in time in your individually decorated Art Deco carriage, where exquisite details include intricate marquetry and silken lampshades. The evening begins with a classic champagne reception, followed by a seasonal five-course tasting menu. Each dish has been prepared on board by Simon Rogan and team and paired with a sommelier-selected fine wine or champagne. Savour each delicacy while soaking up the convivial atmosphere for which British Pullman is renowned. As coffee and petits fours are served, you’ll have the chance to greet the chef himself as he passes through the train.
