For wine lovers and fans of exquisite cuisine, our epicurean adventure promises a mouth-watering treat like no other. Board the luxurious carriages of British Pullman to indulge in a fantastic five-course tasting menu paired with exclusive, limited-edition wines from the award-winning Balfour Hush Heath Estate.

Your experience begins at London Victoria Station. Dressed in your elegant finery, accompanied by the tuneful harmonies of the Spitfire Sisters, board the British Pullman and be greeted by your personal steward. Settle into your comfortable armchair at a table set with crisp white linen and bespoke tableware. As you pull out of the station, whet your appetite with a glass of chilled Balfour Brut Rosé. Admire the sumptuous art deco surroundings of your vintage carriage, including highly polished marquetry, silken lampshades and plush fabrics. Soon, your steward will serve the first enticing course.

For this extraordinary dinner, we will be showcasing the work of three expert winemakers from Balfour Hush Heath Estate, in the heart of Kent, who have created a very special collection of limited-edition wines. Be among the very first to taste these still and sparkling masterpieces as they enjoy their premiere aboard British Pullman. Only a maximum of 2,000 bottles of each will be released. To complement the wine, our Executive Chef has devised five exquisite dishes. Sourcing ingredients from farmers and producers in the Garden of England, he and his team have crafted locally- and seasonally-inspired specialities that evoke the Golden Age of Travel. The winemakers will be with you on board to talk about their creations. They’ll share knowledge, stories and entertaining anecdotes about English wine – its past, present and very exciting future. Relax over coffee and petits fours before pulling back into London Victoria Station and alighting with your delectable memories.
