Start your journey...

Welcome aboard the train at London Victoria Station, ready for an evening round trip. Relax at your table and take a moment to admire the individually decorated Art Deco carriage as you start the evening with a glass of Champagne.

Soon, a series of beautifully balanced French dishes make their way to you and your party. Each course has been prepared on board by Phil and our talented team and is paired with a selection of sommelier-selected fine wines.

The Dinner

From the comfort of your plush carriage, savour each delicacy while soaking up the convivial atmosphere for which British Pullman is renowned. At the end of your five-course dinner, you’ll have the chance to greet Phil himself, as he passes through the train.

About

Phil Howard

Phil Howard’s culinary career started at Roux Restaurants in 1988, followed by an apprenticeship under Marco Pierre White at Harvey’s, and Simon Hopkinson at Bibendum. He then opened The Square with Nigel Platts Martin in 1991 and remained at the helm for 25 years – with his food enjoying huge consumer success and great critical acclaim. He held two Michelin stars for 17 years.

Over the years, Phil has built a reputation for cooking food with harmonious flavours and precise execution – we are thrilled to welcome him aboard British Pullman for one night of rediscovering French cuisine.
