Enjoy a unique aperitivo on the last floor of the historical palace where Louis Vuitton boutique blooms, exploring the a la carte menu with refreshing cocktails and delicacies from the local cuisine, from Favignana tuna tartare to traditional Sicilian arancini, courtesy of Chef Roberto Toro and his team.

Dining at Grand Hotel Timeo is a feast for the senses. Our intimate, Michelin-starred Otto Geleng restaurant offers just eight tables on a terrace framed with bougainvillea and spellbinding views of Etna. Executive Chef Roberto Toro’s menus offer a twist on typical Sicilian dishes and a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Ristorante Timeo, on the other side of the terrace, offers authentic Sicilian all-day dining. In the summer months, we open the Pool Grill which embraces the spirit of the traditional Sicilian grigliata and the Pool Bar, which welcomes guests for refreshing post-dip drinks or, even better, delicious Sicilian granita. The most coveted spot for an aperitif in Taormina? Bar Timeo, on our celebrated Literary Terrace.
