The menu, a seven-course culinary experience, is a modern take on sensationally re-imagined local ingredients, with the Moeche (a Venetian shellfish) taking a starring role. With each dish, be guided through the ebb and flow of flavours reaching a crescendo before ending on the final sweet note of dessert.
