Days 1, 2 & 3
St-Léger-sur-Dheune – Chagny – Fragnes
Your private crew and dedicated guide welcome you on board at St-Léger-sur-Dheune with a crisp glass of champagne. Settle into your beautiful cabin, before enjoying your first intimate dining experience onboard. Relax under the stars and prepare for a week of indulgence.
After breakfast, Amaryllis begins her journey. After lunch, embark on an exclusive tour of Côte de Beaune with your guide. Spend the afternoon discovering vinous wonders along the Route des Grand Crus, visiting stunning wineries and prestigious vineyards. Return to the barge for a gourmet feast onboard.
Unwind as the barge glides along the final section of the Canal du Centre, to picturesque Fragnes. Enjoy lunch onboard before perusing the sites. You may wish to arrange a private visit to the 14th century Château de Germolles, the best-preserved residence of the Dukes of Burgundy. Tonight, you’ll dine at a local restaurant before retiring to Amaryllis.

Day 4
St-Jean-de-Losne
The scenery changes on our fourth day as we meander through the River Saône’s majestic valleys towards Seurre. After lunch, relax onboard or spend the afternoon in Beaune, Burgundy’s wine capital. Enjoy a private wine tasting or walk around the old town, taking in the historic architecture. Refreshing cocktails await you onboard, followed by an enchanting dinner.
Days 5 & 6
Longecourt – Dijon
Today, we cruise along the Burgundy Canal. Take a moment to discuss highlights of the region with your guide for an afternoon excursion. You may decide to visit the historic Clos de Vouget, a symbol of Burgundian history. Explore the ancient winery’s impressive cellar and indulge in a rare tasting. Rejoin Amaryllis for rest, cocktails and a delightful dinner on board.
On our final day, disembark with your guide and spend the morning in Dijon. The compact centre is rich in medieval and Renaissance architecture. Visit iconic sites such as the famous Maille mustard shop and the Palace of the Dukes. Enjoy lunch in a quaint pavement café of your choosing before returning to Amaryllis. Whet your appetite with fresh cocktails in anticipation of your farewell feast.
