Days 1, 2 & 3
Pontailler – Losne – Seurre
Welcome onboard Amaryllis. Toast the start of your journey with a chill glass of champagne, settle into your grand cabin and enjoy your first gourmet experience on deck with an evening meal. Regional wines and bucolic views await.
The next day, enjoy breakfast and lunch onboard as the barge winds its way through the River Saône. Alight for a drive down the celebrated Route des Grand Crus. Visit the historic Clos de Vougeot and tour the ancient winery’s large presses and impressive cellar. Afterwards, relish a private wine tasting at a reputable producer, before returning to the barge for a divine dinner.
On the third day, visit Dijon – home to the monumental Ducal Palace. Why not visit the famous Maille mustard shop before lunching at one of the many pavement cafes? Return to Amaryllis for a late afternoon cruise to Seurre. Cocktails mark the start of a vibrant evening as dinner is served.

Days 4, 5 & 6
Beaune to Saint-Leger-Sur-Dheune
Continue your luxury cruise along the River Saône up to Fragnes, our mooring point. Today, explore Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. Wrap up the afternoon with an exceptional wine tasting before returning to the boat for dinner under the stars.
Following a delicious lunch onboard, our fifth day continues with a private tour of Château de Germolles. The best-preserved residence of the Dukes of Burgundy offers an evocative snapshot of ducal court life in the Middle Ages. Alongside your guide, unravel the fascinating history, secrets and anecdotes hidden within its walls. This evening, anticipate an exceptional dining experience at a restaurant in the heart of Beaune.
On the sixth day, gently glide towards the village of Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune. After lunch onboard, explore the vinous wonders of Côte de Beaune with your guide, tour the cellars of a prestigious winery and taste some of its finest vintages. Back on board, sit out on the balmy deck and reminisce over your Burgundy highlights with an array of seasonal delicacies during your final gala dinner.
