Welcome to the south of France. Enjoy a chill glass of champagne while taking in delightful views on deck. Relax and discuss the region’s highlights with your dedicated guide as Chef prepares your first feast of the cruise. Raise a toast to the start of a sublime river cruise.

Awake to a breakfast of local delicacies. Cruise from Boé port to Agen, a time-honoured city of medieval alleys and Gothic architecture. After lunch on board, disembark in Sérignac-sur-Garonne to go to Latour-Marliac, the waterlily garden that inspired Monet’s famous canvases. A small ladle tips unctuous, honey-like liquid into a treatment bowl in a close-up of a marble counter, with a clay pot and dish.
Taken from above, a guest raises a glass of red wine above a main course meat dish, on an elegantly-laid dining table.

Day 3, 4 & 5

Puch-D’Agenais – Saint-Émilion

On day 3, disembark for a visit to Château d’Yquem – a 400-year-old chateau that produces one of the world’s most celebrated sweet wines. A tour of the grounds is followed by a sublime tasting and short drive back to the barge. In July and August, visit the Damazan night market, where a vibrant summer vibe includes musical entertainment to enliven proceedings as you browse. Tonight, indulge in an exquisite farewell gala dinner.

The next day, alight for a drive to Saint-Émilion, a charming village in the heart of Bordeaux wine country, for a private tasting or two. Return to the boat for a sumptuous dinner.

On day 5, after lunch onboard, disembark for an exclusive visit to Les Sources de Caudalie Spa. Enjoy the enriching effects of vinotherapy – signature treatments that combine natural properties of hot spring water with the nourishing power of the vine and grape. Each ritual is designed to rejuvenate your skin and relax your mind.

View over a Gusbourne vineyard where a wide grass path separates grape vines from a forested area which obscures morning sun.

Days 6 & 7

Castets-en-Dorthe

Mid-morning, alight at the mooring of Cadillac where your tour guide will take you for lunch at a local restaurant in Bordeaux. Known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and world-renowned wines, Bordeaux is a bustling city with a delightful blend of culture, gastronomy, natural beauty and great shopping opportunities. Return to the boat in Castet-en-Dorthe, in time for the apéritif. Tonight, indulge in an exquisite farewell gala dinner.
