What to do in Burgundy?
The wine region is full of quant port towns and barging settlements. Why not take a wander through the town of Seurre along the valley of the river Saone, or St-Jean-de-Losne, the barging capital of France? Another site to explore is Chateau de Germolles in Fragnes, whose mural sculptures and architectural wonders provide a rare glimpse into the Middle Ages.
Are all my meals included?
Table d’hôte meals on board are included in your fare. Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner are enjoyed in the sumptuous surroundings of the dining rooms.
Can the crew book restaurants for me?
Yes, if there is a particular restaurant in Burgundy you would like to book whilst off the barge, a member of the crew will be happy to make a reservation for you. Please note this meal will be at your own cost.
