Of all the Taormina restaurants, Ristorante Sant'Andrea has the edge. Resting on its own exclusive shoreline, this traditional venue serves up the very best from land and sea beside a bay shimmering with stars. For the finest of fine dining, head to Brizza at the water's edge, where just 12 guests are welcomed each evening. For a more laidback locale, Brace at Bar Sant'Andrea is perfect lingering sundown cocktails, bubbling jazz and irresistible dishes from the josper grill.

Take your seat by the water’s edge for an unforgettable dining experience — available for just 16 guests at a time.
Choose from two tasting menus and take a culinary journey through land or sea. Innovative dishes such as ash-sprinkled chicken breast with Sicilian black bee honey showcase the best local meats, whilst grilled oysters, delicious sea urchins and stewed tuna belly are just some of the delights to be enjoyed from the sea.
Whichever menu you choose, both are accompanied with the soothing sound of the waves and a balmy sea breeze on your cheeks.
Starting from June to September, Brizza will be closed every Wednesday and Thursday.

For this journey to discover the treasures of the sea, our Wine Manager Giuseppe Androne has selected the label Etna Bianco Superiore "Contrada Rinazzo 2021“, synonymous of excellence and authenticity.

With striking sea views as a backdrop, indulge in authentic Sicilian couscous — a chef’s signature — or savour a decadent tasting menu.

Brace is a casual spot sparkling with jazz tunes and evening scenes from the bay. Simply come as you are.
