Early this morning, you arrive at Merapoh Station. After breakfast, step off the train to embark on one of three extraordinary excursions.

Taman Negara National Park was formed 130 million years ago, making it one of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world. Venture into the forest to discover the home of this critically endangered tiger and the efforts to safeguard its future. Alternatively, join a nature photographer and conservationist for a wild and wonderful immersion or discover the otherworldly allure of the rainforest’s magnificent caves. During lunch and a leisurely afternoon, enjoy the views as the train travels down the jungle line past rice paddies, palm trees and rural Malaysian villages. In the evening, relax over a delicious dinner, followed by a lively evening with local entertainment in the Piano Bar Car.
