Discover the magic of the holiday season when El Encanto partners with Santa Barbara’s State Street Ballet to present a unique family experience that is sure to delight children of all ages. Expect custom-blended herbal teas and savory delights made with ingredients from our Chef’s Garden – from smoked salmon mousse with lemon-zested crème fraîche to fresh rosemary scones served with strawberry basil jam and local honey as well as decadent desserts.

Join garden expert, Dawn O’Donnell and upgrade the classic holiday craft in wreath making with living succulents. Dawn will share historical and symbolic facts on succulents while leading you to build the wreath with moss and pinning techniques.
