Bambuco by Handshake's expertly crafted cocktails are a delight for the senses. Menu highlights include the sweet and savory ‘Tomato Is A Fruit’ with Blanco Tequila, Strawberry, Tomato and Coconut, as well as ‘White Palo Santo Negroni’, a bittersweet aperitif featuring Mezcal Union, Campari, Palo Santo, and Cocchi Americano.
Pair your tipples with delicious small plates based on a fusion of Mexican and Asian fare, ranging from mushroom gyoza to seared salmon with chilli and lobster wonton.
AWARD-WINNING MIXOLOGY
Widely acclaimed for their speakeasy cocktail bar in Mexico City, Handshake’s menu for Maroma is a tribute to the community of Mexican bars from the resistance era. Elevated ingredients, high doses of creativity, and careful attention to detail are the hallmarks that have made Handshake one of the most celebrated names in Mexico’s mixology scene.
We've also partnered with renowned Oaxaca-based mezcal producer The Lost Explorer to launch a bespoke tipple for Maroma guests: Mezcal Tobasiche. Featuring notes of caramel, grapefruit and leather, the mezcal is incorporated into one of Bambuco’s brand-new cocktails, ‘Solteco,’ which comprises of Watermelon, Chili syrup, and Citrus.
