    Benoît Blin

With a name synonymous with dainty pastries – and a thunderous voice, ever so tinted with a native French accent – Benoît’s savoir-faire has been acclaimed over the past 30 years for his work alongside Chef Patron Raymond Blanc at the two-Michelin-starred Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons.

Today, the pastry chef, author and judge of Bake Off: The Professionals opens the doors of The Cadogan Lounge to reveal his culinary stories and let guests indulge in one of the best afternoon teas in London. Think teatime, but à la française.

To me, cooking is all about emotions. I design with emotions, I create with emotions. And I hope that our guests will feel this too, I mean truly experience it. Even, with the smallest sandwich — what we're trying to do here at The Cadogan, is tell our story.
