On Easter Sunday itself, indulge in a special lunch at Ristorante Sant'Andrea, featuring an exquisite tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Agostino D'Angelo, paired with live music to create the perfect convivial atmosphere.

Take your seat by the water’s edge for an exclusive dining experience — available for just 16 guests per night.
Innovative dishes such as ash-sprinkled chicken breast with Sicilian black bee honey showcase the best local meats, whilst grilled oysters, delicious sea urchins and stewed tuna belly are just some of the delights to be enjoyed from the sea. Both land and sea menus are accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves and a balmy sea breeze on your cheeks.
Starting from June to September, Brizza will be closed every Wednesday and Thursday.

We offer Ristorante Sant’Andrea for sensational Sicilian cuisine and Italian classics, as well as a beach bar and a pool bar for refreshing drinks and light dishes. In the summer months we open Brace, our coastal grill, where you can enjoy casual evenings and jazz tunes by the bay, and Brizza, a fine-dining experience for just 12 diners right by the water's edge.
Can we arrange a private dining experience by the sea?
Yes, you can hire one of our beautiful beach cabanas. Equipped with a comfortable sofa, table, minibar and tented veranda, they also offer the option of requesting a private dining experience with dedicated waiter service.
