Here the heroes are simple yet exquisitely produced ingredients, local to the region.

Famed as one of the most romantic settings in all of Venice, savour the enchanting views across St Mark’s Square paired with a menu of delicious Venetian specialities.
Or enjoy bar service on the Fondamenta Terrace. Sip a Bellini cocktail and capture the sunset as it bathes St Mark's Basin in a golden glow.

- From the 1st June to the 31st August for lunch only 12:30–4pm (Monday-Wednesday and Sundays)
- Thursday to Saturday lunch: 12:30–2:30pm, Dinner: 7:30–10:30pm

The bar counter is where rendezvous take place, secrets are told and laughs are shared. Nestled beside our spectacular pool, Bar Gabbiano is a bustling spot for leisurely indulgence and legendary cocktails. Enjoy daily live music from 7pm, and a DJ set every Saturday evening.

All-day dining: 11:30am to 1am
